  Absolutely shocking got this delivered because my partner is badly and could not drive to the store. so they think it's acceptable to put what they want in because im not in store with them, I paid for extra meat and got less in it than I would for just a normal portion

  i ordered my food at 4:30pm and it said it would arrive from 5:05-5:25pm and it is now 5:50pm on the just eat app it says my order hasn’t even been prepared yet, i have tried calling the number and getting in contact with the restaurant and it just says “this number is not recognised”

  Just amazing staff who work in this store, I dont know where these comments are coming from about the hatred, but I surley had a great experience from my view, nothing was wrong everything was perfect, I feel like many of these reviews are fake what people are posting, I come to this subway every 3-4 days and I always get the best service, and just amazing staff/ environment, I would encourage everyone to come to this Subway!!

  went in at 7:55pm to be told they are closing at 8pm (closing time is 8:30pm) because the 3 staff are too busy fulfilling online orders to serve me face to face...??? So even though it was 5 minutes before they told me they are closing early... they still refused service, i was back in my car by 7:58pm lol. Drove all the way to mapplewell to find a lady working by herself perfectly capable of fulfilling a load of online orders and still able to serve me. She told us how lots of people are coming to her store now avoiding the stairfoot branch. Maybe we will start doing the same. Cant believe we got refused service 35 minutes before closing because they were "too busy with online orders to serve me" jokers.

  Very quiet - Which is a good thing! Can enjoy your sandwich...Sandwiches are okay, reasonably tasty although a tad expensive. Quick, friendly service 👍
