I am beyond disgusted by the experience I had at this establishment just now . I purchased a 12-inch chicken sandwich and headed to my car to enjoy it during my journey. However, the experience turned into a complete stomach-churning disaster from the very first bite.
Embedded deep inside the sandwich was a long, dark hair. I have captured both photos and video of this because it was so blatant and stomach-turning. What makes this even more concerning from a health and safety perspective is that we were served by a male staff member at the counter, yet the hair was clearly from a female. This proves that the hair didn't just 'fall in' at the point of sale—it was trapped inside the food during the preparation process in the kitchen.
When you pay premium prices for a meal, you expect at least the bare minimum of food hygiene. Instead, the standards here are effectively zero. It is a complete disaster. It is incredibly disappointing and frankly dangerous to have such a total lack of basic food safety protocols. Being hungry and looking forward to a meal only to find a long human hair inside ruins your entire appetite and your journey.
I am requesting an immediate and full refund for this purchase. I strongly advise anyone thinking of eating here to reconsider until management can prove they have reached 'peak' hygiene levels, because right now, they are failing miserably. A total waste of money and a massive health risk.

Saturtday morning around 8 am...Store wasnt busy ..just a one guy serving..Ordered 2 rotissery chicken wraps and 6 inch mega melt.he put all togeter in oven left there for neary 1.5 min in wrong setting , and started serving another customers..when oven beeped he just presed oven and left for 30 sec more , when took out of oven chicken was crispy and burned ..same as sub...told him chicken is burned..he looked ad me and just said its NOT....so just walked off
Terrible customer service, staff not trained how to use oven..or just nnotpt doing it properly -shame !!!!
