  One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, The Indian lady on the front counter is extremely unhelpful miserable and has such a negative personality it makes you not want to order any food from such a person.

  As a first time customer I am very impressed with the food and the customer service. Service was quick and efficient got exactly what I asked for and the two ladies (simran and Lee i think they were) are a credit to the company. Service with a smile and great conversation as I waited. The food is top notch as well. I will definitely be visiting this store again

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I used to be a regular, but this place has become unbearable. The female staff is consistently rude, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. There is zero respect for customers and no sense of basic courtesy. On top of that, I witnessed female staff cleaning tables with the same brush used to clean the floors — which is disgusting, unsafe, and totally unacceptable from a food establishment. This alone shows a complete lack of hygiene standards. I would strongly advise people to avoid this store. I’ve stopped coming here altogether and now go to the Wellington Subway instead, which is far cleaner and far better run.

  Went in today to get a footling, thought I'd use my rewards in my app. The woman makes the sandwich and then proceeds to tell me the system is down and can't scan. I then tell her she should've told me that the systems were down or else I wouldn't of placed the order. She shouted at me, made me feel bad when she should be doing her job properly and letting me know these things. Next time you go ask if the scanner is working because they need to be reminded
