    Usually closed. However one day made my order at 18.55 only for the staff to tell me they won't make it because they have other orders to make first and they won't have time. Hardly great customer service

    Staff friendly, and service with a smile. From previous visits be aware this place can get very busy at lunchtime. Only a short queue this time, about ten minutes to get to the checkout. However staff helpful and did a good job serving. Food was excellent with ample quantities, no complaints on that front.

    Great friendly service from the team, took their time preparing the subs to our orders. All wrapped up nicely (unlike other locations where subs are thrown together). Prices not too high compared with high street locations.

    Bought the alveoli vegan meal. Servets missed out several ingredients. Flys on the counter. Never ever again. Shudder!
