  Staffed by ignorant kids who sit blocking access to the toilet and have to be asked to move so you can pass. Not the first time I have been here and experienced stroppy teenage behaviour from people who are clearly old enough to know better. No manners. No respect. No more money from me, I’ll go elsewhere in future. Oh wow, it gets better just witnessed one of staff who was sat eating get up and serve without washing their hands, ever heard of food hygiene training? Apparently NOT!!! Clearly been getting mates to write fake 5 star reviews!

  Went in at 17:35, only to told they’re closed?? It says they shut at 6. When I questioned this she just said “I’ve already cleaned things and don’t want to use them again now.” Really poor. I appreciate shutting down and wanting to get out of there asap, but to have closed up at 17:35? Surely the franchisee owner is losing out on a fair bit of money.

  The best so far!!!! I go to subways in mackworth Chaddesden derby etc and this one I went a couple times and it's the best. Fresh ingredients ,clean,friendly! Definitely recommend and will be mine regular subway!

  Took my son here for a snack after school. Both sandwiches made really well and food was very tasty. Thanks
