- HJHazel JohnstonJul 7, 20261.0Avoid!!!!!! Tried to go in on early hours Sunday morning just past midnight. Closed to customers inside and drive thru closed so had to order online. Cola poorly packaged in McDonald's order. They packaged on top of sauces instead of cupholder and put in a bag and taped. Then the driver cycled to our house. By the time we got our delivery there was no drink left it spilled everywhere the driver brought our delivery paper bag dripping to our door step. Cola all over our door mat and door step and he refused to go get us another drink when opening the dripping bag there was not only no drink left but Cola had went into our meal bag also. Tried to phone mcds no answer. Told to contact just eat who said we didn't warrant a refund or partial refund. We provided multiple photos and ring door bell footage of the driver explaining that mods packaged it wrong and that's why this happened.
