  When delivered I was made to take the pizzas out of the bag with very little assistance and because of this the poorly packed dips fell on the floor, burst over halfway. Wall needs painted and door mat now in bin. Store wasn't answering phone to speak to someone about it.

  Shambolic experience. Ordered three pizzas – complete waste of £30+. I was overcharged at the till for an extra item due to their mistake. Instead of refunding the overcharged amount back to my card, I was given a free dip because apparently they “can’t do card refunds”. Completely unacceptable and embarrassing service. To make things worse, none of the three pizzas were cut properly. They were a mess and had to be ripped apart by hand. Honestly, how hard is it for staff to cut a pizza? Won’t ever be coming back.

  Absolutely dire service. Order on just eat. Food failed to arrive. They came up with excuses that my number was wrong despite it not being. Staff member was ignorant and argumentative. Absolutely hopeless, awaiting a refund which they will probably get wrong as well. Won’t be using them again. Edit - made the mistake of using them again and even worse. Sent the wrong size of pizza. Left me on hold for 7 mins. Called back tried to tell me they would need to check with head office for a change. Claimed they had ‘processes’ on sizes. Had to sent them a pic of the pizza. Utter con merchants. DO NOT USE THESE CHANCERS.

  Still one of the best pizzas in town, staff friendly and efficient. Parking is available in front of the pizzeria.
