  I placed an order on the 23/07 from dominos in giffnock which I frequently use and I can only say I am whole heartedly disappointed with it. It was a large cheese pizza, chicken wings and a garlic pizza bread all in all costing me £30. The whole order arrived cold and the cheese had congealed in areas. The large pizza had clearly had something sitting on top of it as there were 4 slices stuck to the top of the box and the cheese came off of them. The entire order became inedible and went to the bin, I then proceeded to contact someone regarding a refund and it was a waste of £30 and have been met with “we are going to credit you a free large pizza” so one third of my order will be free? They won’t offer a refund even though for a company as large as dominos £30 is likely nothing to them. I will not be using dominos again and quite frankly am so disappointed with the standard of food and customer service from them.

  When delivered I was made to take the pizzas out of the bag with very little assistance and because of this the poorly packed dips fell on the floor, burst over halfway. Wall needs painted and door mat now in bin. Store wasn't answering phone to speak to someone about it.

  Still one of the best pizzas in town, staff friendly and efficient. Parking is available in front of the pizzeria.

  got a pizza which was not up to standard, so i emailed them, and got a free large Pizza! The service was fab, didnt need to order anything else and I spoke to a Kevin who was very helpful and pleasant! Made up for the last order!
