  Very disappointing experience, and I would definitely not order from this Domino’s again. A few hours after eating a pizza from this store, I started becoming unwell. My symptoms became significantly worse the following day and I remained ill for almost two weeks. My doctor subsequently attributed the illness to gastroenteritis, although no testing was carried out to establish the specific cause. The timing made me strongly suspect that the pizza may have been responsible. I hadn’t eaten anything particularly unusual afterwards and the other meals I had during the week were what I would consider safe, familiar foods. I reported the incident to Domino’s, but was extremely disappointed with the follow-up. I felt that my concerns were treated with very little interest. I also contacted the relevant health authority, but was disappointed with their response, which appeared to place significant weight on previous hygiene inspections having passed. I fully appreciate that, without testing, I cannot prove that the pizza caused my illness. I can only describe what happened to me and why I was concerned about the pizza being the cause. Whatever the ultimate cause, becoming seriously ill within hours of eating the pizza, worsening the following day and remaining unwell for almost two weeks was an extremely unpleasant experience. The lack of concern I received when I reported it made the experience even more disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering from this store again.

  This domino’s has to be one of the worse. Ordered a pizza and it came like the photo attached. Didn’t know the driver had a F1 race while delivering my pizza. Not the first time I’ve ordered from here and they’ve made so many mistakes. Phoned to complain and even know the manager and personnel were really apologetic, it doesn’t help the matter that my partner is eating her pizza herself. Again isn’t the first time. Asked for my money back and just got told to go through the app which will prob take forever. This is one of the worse and again, human error but paying money for something like that isn’t acceptable.

  This is the 3rd time this store has messed up my order. Absolute waste of money tonight again, pizza in the bin. The same manager each time, he should try actually listening to people when they order, still didnt help with me physically attending myself, ordered jalapeños & received pineapple. Then they just decide to not answer their phone. Will not be ordering from here again!!!

  This has to be the worst dominoes ever! Every time we order from here it always turns up wrong (totally different pizzas) which is dissapointing considering the price, so many times we have to phone and get the issue rectifed and me and my partner end up eating at different times. You dont want to keep complaining every single time you just want the order to be right in the first place and when you do phone to say its wrong they seem uninterested. I dont know why we keep trying in hopes it gets better but it never does!

  Ordered thin pizza , the crust was more like a tortilla wrap, no trace of any sauce as way too thin and pizza was cold , disappointing , will not order again and would not recommend !
