It’s only 11.30 - not even lunchtime and they had two baguettes flavour out. Eveything else sold out and empty. If it had been a one off, fair enough but the 4th time. I asked if they could make something for me and said no. Really poor operational planning for something that isn’t that difficult.

Their meal deals are great value for money and their loyalty app is easy to use and one of the best. Loads of free parking in a very busy retail park. Toilet facilities that are clean and well maintained just like the rest of the shop. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful when we have been in.

I am a coffee lover so I know a good cup and that was the worst I have ever had. The staff were very bad. Will not be back.

I just had to post how lovely the staff were, especially the lady , who i think was the manager....id to wait for food coming out the oven, and as I walk with stick she told me to take a seat and brought me a cup of tea.....very kind....had to say well done!!

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
