  I am a premier inn customer every single day for 8 months per year and i use to have breakfast and dinner at The BeefEater, I have never found employees unpolite as i have found in this place. I am a guest of this premier inn for the next 2 days and i won' t have breakfast or lunch or dinner at the beefeater. as soon as i got in at 8:30pm the girl and guy behind the counter looked down on me saying that the kitcken was already close, at the premier inm reception said the kitcne closes at 9pm. You are please to teach your employees that customers must be welcomed with a smile and never look down on them, never. If the restaurant closes at 9pm it doesn't mean they don't accept customers at 8:30pm

  We Enjoy a Full breakfast at 9.45 but the feeling of all of us was to finish with stress and no really welcome.. I even ask what time the buffet close.. they said 10.30am but no really happy faces today from the service. I no mean the guy who attend us.. I mean who was at frontdoor. Im anycase, food are amazing. Just no really motivated to repite for go next week Maybe when will be forget the feelings.

  Went here for Valentine’s Day, food was delicious well prepared and very filling. The only thing that made this experience bad was the front of house staff we had serving us she was quite young but would give our food with a big frown and honestly didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all, when she took our order before I could order another drink she just walked away
