  Food was cold, bread bun was stale. Surprised with it being on such a big retail park, doubt we’ll visit again

  It’s a one star review because you took my order via the app. I then spent time and fuel driving their to be told you couldn’t take my order despite already having my order. Waited half an hour for the system to “come back on” to be sent away, you had no problem fulfilling delivery partners orders I bet Will stay away in future, i was committed so had to drive to another branch were they took my order and gave me my food within 2mins

  Feel like McDonald's has went way down hill would be nice to see good salad on all burgers lettuce tomatoes onions for heath if people don't want them they can say no .

  Travled 30 mins to get food and it was closed without being advertised very disappointing especially when app let me place an order for pick up

  Will preface this by saying I never leave reviews but my experience at this McDonalds was so poor that I can’t not. Walked inside some time after midnight on a Sunday night and the only other people waiting were two ambulance crews. We were all waiting so long, about 15-20 minutes, that one crew only just managed to grab their food, one of which was just a single hot drink and fries, before they had to run out to take a job and they ate on the run back to the ambulance. All this while there were delivery drivers getting their orders no problem. When the ambulance crews finally got their food, the staff member offered a single ‘sorry’. When we finally got our food with no apology or explanation as to why it took so long, it was stone cold, the drinks weren’t fully filled, fries were barely cooked and one of the burgers was made incorrectly. I went back to the counter and said ‘Sorry, we asked for no cheese on this one’ and the member of staff silently took it, disappeared for 2 minutes, then silently gave back a fresh one that was only marginally warmer but at least it was correct. Not sure if standards are any better during the day but definitely avoid this place at night.
