Why did they decide to move the sandwiches to the top end of a narrow aisle, reducing space where people can access the fridge but also vastly reducing the shelf space for food??!! Now there are metres of space for drinks and hardly any sandwiches. This store primarily serves university students and staff wanting meal deals and sandwiches. And is also rammed with tourists and festival visitors in the summer. What bright spark thought this change would help their profits??!
