- HHHarrisonAug 23, 20265.0I’ve been going to this shop for a long time because it’s close to where I’m staying. The shop isn’t perfect, but I have noticed that things seem to be improving. The last time I was in, a colleague called Mark or Mario helped me at the self-checkouts because I kept having problems with the till. Instead of just fixing it and walking away, he actually explained why it kept happening and what I was doing that caused it. I’ve had the same issue many times before, where the till would constantly ask for colleague assistance, but nobody had ever explained the reason. It was such a simple thing, but it genuinely made a difference because now I know what to do and hopefully won’t keep having the same problem. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain it rather than just sorting it out. He was friendly, helpful and made using the self-checkouts much easier for me.
