  We had an amazing time here. The food is wonderful with large portions and reasonable prices, and the view is absolutely amazing. Big dining area right on the water. Our waitress, Linda, was exceptional. The kids said it's been their favorite meal in Edinburgh. Get the shrimp skewer. It's beautiful!

  Amazed at how poor the service was. Staff don't know the menu items, ordering the chorizo bombe was a challenge. All of our food came out at different times because they hadn't been put through the system properly. We had to ask for the (paid for) aioli three times before it came. I got a shaving of lemon with my gooey calamari and asked for a second wedge and it arrived when we had finished our meal. We had to go up to the bar to get anyone's attention and when I got my card out to pay, I was told by our waitress that she had to go to another table. I said I'm ready to pay now and she said another table needed her. We were in a rush by this point, so it was kind of odd. I do have sympathy because they're seriously understaffed and the restaurant wasn't even a quarter full. It actually became quite funny towards the end and I could use my discount QR code with relevant ease but it was NOT good and I definitely wouldn't recommend that people choose to go here.

  Léo or made our day! We had a fantastic experience at Zizzi Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Leonor, who made our visit truly memorable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed with a genuine smile. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel valued throughout our meal. It’s staff like Leonor who make people want to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience—we’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Zizzi Ocean Terminal to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!
