  My server was Kinda and she was amazing! Great service! I loved the pollo Milanese with potatoes.

  The service was terrible. The calamari didn't take long to arrive, but when we tried to call the staff, they ignored us. They didn't even provide a fork, knife, or spoon—how are you supposed to eat? There was absolutely no responsiveness; they were very poor.

  When we arrived, it wasn't busy. We arrived with a pram and weren't shown where the accessible entrance was so had to carry prams down. Shown to table. The QR code doesn't work at the table unless server has started a table for us. I was told they never work and just to order from them... That's not true, it does, they just need to set it up first. The service was extremely, extremely slow. When we arrived there was only a handful of tables and it was bad. Then as it got busier it got so so so so much worse. Waited over 30 mins from main to get ice cream.... The carbonara arrived coldest, the rest were cool not cold. But our food 100% had been made ages ago and was sat waiting to be served. Instead of making a new, warm carbonara, it was just blast heated, rendering it inedible as it was flavourless and dry now. No one came by the table for about 25/30 mins after regretting the blast heated carbonara so couldn't even ask for a new one. The other dishes were tasty, but not hot at all. I also think, the pricing is very expensive for what you get. Portion sizes aren't big, and it's not fancy food either here... Overall, I won't be back, it was a birthday lunch that was not great. I do feel sorry for the service staff, because I'd hate to spend a whole day apologising to folk. 29/07/26 visit.

  The staff were run off their feet when we arrived as a member of staff had gone off sick. Once they realized we had a booking they were lovely as they were having to turn other customers away. The food was wonderful and definitely worth the wait when it arrived. We weren't in a hurry and we were enjoying the atmosphere so it didn't bother us at all. The staff were bending over backwards to help and couldn't stop apologizing for the wait and delay. A huge well done to the staff who kept everything running and produced excellent food. A really lovely meal. Thank you so much.
