  저희는 4명이었고 피자2, 파스타1, 샐러드1를 시켰어요. 맛은 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 스태프의 서비스가 정말 최악이었어서 저희 가족은 기분이 안 좋았습니다. 우선 테이블이 작은데 음식이 많으니 차례대로 주며 접시를 치워주겠다고 했으나 샐러드와 파스타가 나오고 1분 후 바로 피자를 서빙했습니다. 테이블은 턱없이 작았고 스태프는 테이블을 정리해주기는 커녕 그냥 전달만 해줘서 저희는 무척 당황하고 있었습니다. 근데 피자 2개를 추가로 더 주는 것이었습니다. 결론은 의사소통 문제로 주문을 피자 4개로 잘못 받은 것이었어서 다시 가져가주기는 했으나 주문을 받을 때 최종적으로 더블체크도 안해줬으며 음식 4개를 작은 테이블에 동시에 던져준다는 것부터가 참 당황스럽네요. 다 먹고 계산할 때 저 부분에 대해 말하니 자기는 음식을 전달해줄 뿐 테이블이 작은 건 본인 잘못이 아니지 않냐고 하자마자 저희는 할말을 잃고 그냥 결제 후 나왔습니다. 음식은 참 맛있었는데 덕분에 기분 상한 저녁을 보냈네요. 스태프는 덩치있는 여자였으며 이름은 모르지만 서비스직이라면 그런 태도를 고쳐야할 겁니다.

  We dropped in as the hotel food we were getting elsewhere was appalling. ZIZZIS On the other hand was Excellent. We had the seabass and Salmon which was lovely.

  We always loved to eat Zizi's food but this time its clear 1 star. At first order arrived 25 mins late, pizza looked cheap, poor and was cold!!! (we never seen such a cheap looking pizza, especially couldnt expect it from Zizi). My kids refused this pizza :(

  Called in on the offchance early on a Friday evening. No difficulty getting a table. The service was excellent and the food tasted amazing. We'll definitely be back!

  I’m just back from a lovely meal at Zizzi at Queensferry st Edinburgh. Mums choice as it was her birthday. I mentioned to one of the staff about it being her birthday whilst she was away from the table and did they do any sort of birthday desserts. She told me if I chose a dessert they could add a candle etc. fast forward and the food was delish, the service was fabulous and we had a really enjoyable meal. Once the plates were cleared ‘Beattrice’ and another young server who’s name I didn’t catch brought out the dessert complete with candle and sang mum happy birthday… she was absolutely mortified but loved every minute. Thank you girls for making the effort it means a lot.
