  1 star for a very stressful atmosphere due to long queues of hungry people being served by the slowest staff members around on one till only when 2nd one is available next to it. Maybe that was on purpose and there is some more explaining needed to the hungry people in the queue. Everyone in the kitchen and the restaurant floor was moving very fast but the people at the tail almost intentionally were slowing things down. Maybe that's what they were told to do or maybe a wrong person was at the till. But I must say the restaurant felt very stressful to eat food in so due to the stress one star for atmosphere. We came in at lunch time and we gave up waiting as it felt very stressful and toxic. But we came back later on and I was surprised to see that the key was as long as before. People didn't know what was happening and things were taking forever, so naturally everyone felt a bit angry We ordered online for collection the second time which was the right thing to do but we sat next to the till and I must say I was happy to leave as soon as we finished eating! However Five star food. Five stars for the young crew for doing their best. Just giving some feedback in case there is something that can be done like maybe bringing another person on the second till or maybe adding some screens for people to order or encourage people with some QR codes around the restaurant to order on the phone as I'm sure it's not very pleasant for the stuff nor the guests to be around the bottleneck where you can feel all the negative emotions and literally can't wait to leave the restaurant to feel better

  My man Corey Smith. Big shout out to you. Serving juicy wings 🪽 and being a solid man through a non stop shop. I’ve been here 3 times. Always super busy. But always good service. Atmosphere could do with a change. It’s like a nightclub

  Food was great. Disappointed with the order and collect service. Waited by the collection desk with someone ahead of me, 8 customers were served on the orders desk, I could see my order waiting with one other. The other got collected and then the guy walked away again. I should just order and wait instead of trying to save time. Pretty poor.

  Very disappointing experience – Wingstop Fort Kinnaird I placed an online order for collection and was told it would be ready in around 15 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting for over an hour before receiving my order. When I finally received the food, it was cold, which was extremely disappointing after such a long wait. I asked the manager for a refund, but my request was refused, with the explanation that they don’t refund online orders. This was supposed to be a nice meal, but the experience was extremely frustrating. I would expect much better service, communication and customer care.
