- NANurul Azrai4 days ago4.0Place for chicken wings. Located at lower floor of St James juat across from Waverly. Queues can be long but service relatively fast. Had BBQ and Brazillian citrus flavour. The mango shake was really sweet tho'. Enough tables inside and outside

Varsha helped me choose the perfect flavours based on what I like and explained everything clearly without rushing me. The food was delicious and her friendly attitude really stood out. She definitely deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. I made sure to thank her before I left. I’ll definitely be back.

I got in the queue at 4.20pm, waited for 20 minutes to order (there was approximately 5 people in front of me), then continued to wait for 15 minutes for food, one of the employees assured us it will be 5 minutes before the food would be ready, however 10 minutes after that, I was still third in the queue. As I was late for another thing, I had to leave without getting my meal. Will not be going back.

Used the St James Quarter shop disappointed with the toilet, there's only one, the door unfortunately opens up onto people filling up there drinks which is disgusting anyways. The toilet in the FB shop was left open nice view when eating🤢

Josh, who was working the evening of Monday 27 July was under the pump as there were so many people in the store right before close. Despite this, he still took the time to make sure my dietary needs were taken care of and gave me confidence that Wing Stop is doing their best to acknowledge the importance of this matter. Thanks Josh for making my experience just a little bit better.
