⭐ **Worst dining experience ever.** The restaurant was not busy at all, yet we waited around 20 minutes for our drinks and 45 minutes for our food. What made the experience even worse was seeing other customers who arrived after us receive their food, finish their meals and leave, while we were still sitting there waiting for ours. The service was extremely disappointing, with no reasonable explanation for such a long wait in a quiet restaurant. To make matters worse, the app asked us to leave a tip when checking out. Given the poor service and excessive waiting time, I certainly don't think a tip was deserved.

Absolutely ganting, from the ramen to the rice to the katsu curry, would be doing the word bland an injustice

Never in a restaurant should customers be served their food at different times.. my husbands food was delivered first and he refused to eat until I had mine which was atleast a 10 minute wait for a bowl of ramen. Was not a good service on that aspect. A server even chimed in as i was in the middle of finishing my meal to take our plates away just because my husband was finished. Not great at all. And who I can only assume was the manager on shift was dressed so inappropriately in a restaurant setting. All the other staff were dressed appropriately apart from her she had an oversized t-shirt on with alot of leg on show... looks like she just threw her hair up and rolled out of bed! Was our first ever outing to a wagamamas and cant say we will be returning until they get some better standards!
