  Definitely the worst dining experience I've ever had at a Wagamamas (I've eaten in many from Heathrow to Melbourne to Glasgow and Edinburgh). Yasai yaka soba - noodles were alternatively tough and chewy to the point of inediblity or gummy. They were also super greasy. Very overpowering egg flavour and the pickled ginger tasted sour rather than tart. Will not visit this location again. Service was fine but had to ask for napkins and also chopsticks after my food arrived. There were only spoons to eat with. The chilli oil was covered in fluff and quite unappetising. There were no colouring pencils for my daughter and the kids menu.

  Absolute terrible so basically we only got drinks because they didn't have alot of food options And our waiter only told us after we ordered. We didn't even understand what she was saying, so the manager came to us and said he'll give us the drinks for free. So luckily we don't have to pay anything but that waiter was not helpful. Better not happen again

  Disappointed with this Wagamama, generally find them great. Service was slow and it wasn't that busy I counted roughy 12 tables. Gyoza where lukewarm when they arrived, 2 dishes arrived quickly and I know food arrives when it's ready but my kids nearly finished by the time my food came and they eat slowly, plus is was not hot so had clearly been sitting. Generally they have a great system in place to check in on customers but this kinda sucked, standards are slipping.

  The food was good but not the best for our taste, however the gyoza were really nice. We arrived quite close to closing time but even then the staff was very polite and managed to serve us fresh food. Commendable staff, service and atmosphere.

  Got the katsu curry and the rice was NOT COOKED, but my server Jay was so nice, and got me a brownie and the manager comped my bill for the trouble. I so appreciate how dedicated they were to making it right! I won't hold an off day against anybody, and I'll definitely be back soon!
