  absolutely awful, we made it clear one of us had a severe chilli allergy and kimchi came in sweet chilli sauce which caused a severe allergic reaction and a near hospital trip. Staff were seriously rude and inconsiderate with the manager equally being rude disregarding a potential lawsuit as it was clear this allergy can be lethal

  Bad, bad, bad. The ramen I ordered was completely covered in curry, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the description, and instead of ramen noodles, it came with udon. We ordered four dishes, including one version with onions and one without — only three arrived. Wagamama used to be, for me, a synonym for fast food that was a bit more expensive but reliably good. Now it seems only the “more expensive” part is left. Definitely a no from me.

  Very disappointed with our experience today. My wife and I decided to give Wagamama another chance after not ordering for months because the last time we felt the food lacked flavour and the portions were too small. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. We spent £29 on these two meals, and when we opened them we were genuinely shocked by how little food was inside. The portions looked more like kids’ meals than adult mains. The food itself was very light and didn’t feel filling at all. We were still hungry afterwards and ended up ordering food from somewhere else, which made the experience even more frustrating. For the price, the portion sizes are simply unacceptable. We expected much better from a well-known restaurant like Wagamama. Sadly, this will be our last order. I can’t recommend it based on our experience. ⭐ 1/5

  We visited Wagamama as a group of 10, and we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to wait for a table. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout our visit. The atmosphere was nice but fairly standard—nothing particularly unique or memorable. The table we were seated at was a little uncomfortable, as it had high stools without back support, more like a bar-style setup. The food took around 20 minutes to arrive, which was reasonable. However, the dishes came out in a very random order, with starters and main courses arriving at different times, making it difficult for everyone to eat together. Surprisingly, our starter arrived after some of the main courses. The food itself was excellent. It was beautifully presented, the portions were generous, and everything we tried was delicious. The bao buns were a little off disappointing but generally fine. Overall, we had a great experience, and despite the slightly disorganized food service, we would happily return for either lunch or dinner.

  Tried new turmeric rice bowl , requested brown instead it was barely hot also the meat was Luke warm , I hope the food temps are being monitored properly don’t want to end up having stomach issues . However service from the Asian elderly lady was nice she make you feel comfortable and make sure you are look after . If I will come back for same food again then answer is no unfortunately.
