  For lunch, this place hits the spot. The lunch boxes are certianly a good bang for your buck.

  absolute joke!! i had ordered off deliveroo and as soon as i had ordered off deliveroo i rang up instantly to the manager answering to say i can’t have the katsu sauce on one of them since i can not have the sauce. she said she would tell the kitchen. the order arrives with both katsu chicken with sauce all over both of them not one of them has no sauce like i requested. i rang back up and spoke with the manager again to her telling me they had already cooked it which is impossible since i rang up as soon as i placed the order. basically told me that there’s nothing that could have happened. deliveroo literally states if you have an allergy or a dietary requirement to ring them up which i did becuase i am ALLERGIC TO THE SUACE AND ON TOP OF THAT DONT LIKE SAUCES ANYWAY and they couldn’t do anything about it. it honestly felt like i was talking to a complete wall. if this were to happen in the restaurant they would ensure that they fix the mistake!

  Always loved wagamama, first time I went to one was in Boston. The ones in the UK and Scotland are so much better. The chilly chicken ramen is very good and a top fav starter is edamame

  Definitely would come back, food was excellent and fast. Our waiter Zenon made the experience absolutely ideal for a first time at wagamamas. 10/10

  Me and my boyfriend came here for a nice lunch, but unfortunately the experience was really disappointing from the moment we arrived. The server already seemed to be in a bad mood when she greeted us. I politely asked if we could sit in one of the booths instead of the high chairs, and after being seated, the menus were basically thrown onto the table. When the same server came to take our order, I asked for the rice bowl. Instead of properly explaining it or taking the order herself, she just placed the tablet in front of me and told me to pick my own fillings. Before choosing mine, I had already mentioned that my boyfriend wanted the grilled chicken ramen. After I finished selecting my options, I said “that’s it,” and in a very disrespectful tone she replied, “Just one main?” At that point, we felt uncomfortable and asked for 5 more minutes to look at the menu, but honestly the attitude completely put us off, so we decided to leave instead. I don’t know the server’s name, but she was wearing a short denim skirt with no tights. The food may be good, but the customer service we experienced was really disappointing.
