  The last time I had Wagamama was over 15 years ago in London. I was excited to try Wagamama again. Stopped in for dinner for party of 3 people. We went with the following items: - wok-fried greens - pulled shiitake donburi - steak teriyaki soba - side order of Kimchi - thai beef salad - pork ribs This location has major issues with flavor of their dishes, they were all under seasoned, bland and to be honest, I don't get why the place is so popular. Our favorite was the pork ribs. Skip the kimchi, not worth it and the wok fried greens was decent. Steak Teriyaki Soba - steak was chewy, the soba had no flavor profile. Pulled Shiitake Donburi - what they brought was with beef instead of the shiitake mushroom, as the server was no where to be found, we just ate it. Thai beef Salad was the last item to come out, almost as others were done with their meal. The server came and said it was sent to the table next door and they are remaking it. The problem was, the next table was eating something different then the thai beef salad. It seems like the waitress forgot to enter the dish in their system. Overall, disappointed, the establishment isn't what it used to be. Maybe the expanded too fast? They need to seriously work on the flavors of their dishes. Also get more staffing, as this place only had 2 waitress working the front with 75% of their tables occupied.

  If you go here and expect a traditional, by the books, Japanese bowl of ramen you will be disappointed. However, if you go expecting a fusion and meal inspired by Japanese cuisine I think you will find yourself quite happy! I got the brisket ramen, which I didn't realize had kimchi (Korean!) but it was quite delicious! The broth is also a simple chicken broth, the kimchi/brisket I think made my broth more rich while my husband who had the tonkotsu had more plain broth.

  This is utterly laughable. More so that so many lemmings go here to eat. I am go smacked how they get away with charging a small bomb for a handful of mains and thimbles of extras 😂
