  My Uber order was given to the wrong driver, and this is not the first time this has happened. The staff do not seem to be properly trained, as they have made the same mistake several times before. When I asked about my Uber order, a staff member became angry with me, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This is not the level of customer service I expect, and I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed properly.

  my freind went in to buy a redbull and even after showing her drivers license which clearly states shes 19. the girl at checkout just kept saying no she cant buy it, when she previously said that she needs to show id, made her walk to her car and take her id out from the car and come back to the till only to get denied again. shit service, genuinely making fun of my poor friend by making her do a lap to the car for no reason.
