- BCBrian CampbellSep 30, 20265.0I was in your Duke Street, Edinburgh Superstore last Saturday. I needed a trolly as I had a fairly heavy shop to do. Unfortunately, I didn't have a pound coin. I asked one of your staff member - her name was Linda - if she could give me change from a £10 note, but that wasn't possible. Instead she gave me a £1 coin from her own pocket. I thought her kind and trusting gesture was deserving of a mention to you. She's an asset to your business.

- FSFiona ShawSep 19, 20265.0There’s a tall young girl who works on the Customer Service desk, on Saturday mornings, and I just wanted to say how wonderful she is. Her attitude and personality are genuinely lovely, and she’s always such a delight to be served by. The desk is always so busy, but she still manages everything with a smile and never seems to let the pressure affect how she treats people. What always amazes me is her memory. She remembers regular customers and even remembers what I usually buy, which makes every visit feel so personal. I don’t know her name, but I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves because she’s a real credit to the store.
