  The staff are lovely but the overly aggressive security guard need mental evaluation. He just follows people around the shop and starts arguments with everyone. I had to call a manager over the other day to bring up what I had scanned cause the guard thought I was trying to steal a 30p bag. Even after the worker confirmed iv payed for my shopping the guard tried to keep arguing with me. Just walked away in the end, can't argue with stupid...

  I don't know if we need side by side Tesco's but I'll admit Leith Walk's new addition is handy. It's a Tesco, just a bit too large to be a Tesco Express. Brand new, this Tesco is super clean and liberally provisioned. I'm already determined not to buy alcohol from here as there are better local small business alternatives. I'd rather buy from the local bakers too. However, for pet food or baking supplies this store might be handy. It's odd that there's no pharmacy supplies that I can see. There is a small gluten free range. There are both human and self service checkouts.
