I always found what I looked for at Tesco Nicolson Street during my time in Edinburgh. I haven't seen them run out of stock, so you can expect to find what you're looking for here. For example, Tesco South Bridge regularly runs out of stock on so many items. Therefore, Tesco Nicolson Street is the place to do a full grocery shopping. The staff are polite, I haven't seen them looking sad or angry. The store regularly gets busy and the staff can get overwhelmed by it. Yet, they always try to do the best they can and I have never seen any staff member be rude.

Frequently visit this tesco, never had any issues, but recently bought a pack of jam tarts and reality the time I got home that they were 5 days out of date. Returned them th next day, and had to wait for the manager to approve a refund. No apology from either member of staff involved, just 'okay here's your refund'
