  My friend was accused of theft after putting her purse in her bag, security came & escalated the issue, instead of de-escalating "the member of staff who challenged my friend had already looked in her bag & walked away" as the bag contained only personal items. Security then demanded to see the bag I was carrying despite the fact he had not observed me doing anything wrong "I obliged " & again personal items. Too quick to accuse honest customers . I spoke with the manager previously & he advised me that they would not miss my business if I shop elsewhere. Had a unnecessary long confrontation with q security guard who despite finding no wrong doing, insisted on escalation. Poor show from Tesco staff, security & manager . Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere as I refuse to be treated like that by anyone

  Standard tesco express, usual mark ups on essentials. Can't leave the shop without being accosted by canvasers by the exit or homeless outside the door.

  Overpriced and overrated due to popular student and location. Seems to be a big shop, but barely any produce in it. Very small variety as well. It is classed as Express, so discount codes and regular Tesco's prices don't apply here.
