Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Reasonable prices. We found everything we needed to make a steak dinner and sides while staying nearby. This was a lifesaver! Store is well stocked and clean. Large produce, meats, dairy, alcohol, sweets, and snacks selections. Would definitely come back here if in the area again.

Tesco Store Customer & Incident Review Date of Incident: 14 September 2026 Time: Approximately 18:00 to 18:35 Incident Report & Customer Review I am writing to formally report an unacceptable incident of staff misbehavior and unprofessional conduct that occurred during my shopping trip. I urge management and the relevant department to review the store CCTV and body-worn camera footage from the specified date and time to take appropriate action. While shopping in the store, I approached a young female pick-and-pack staff member to make a polite inquiry regarding store items. She aggressively brushed past me without answering. When I waited for assistance from other staff members and received no response, I moved toward the delivery driver collection area near the rear dispatch door. A delivery driver knocked on the door to collect an order. The staff member was inside and initially ignored the knock. After finally opening the door, she shouted aggressively, demanding to know what he wanted. I observed that she displayed the same hostile and misbehaving attitude toward the driver that she had shown to me moments earlier. When the driver asked for his assigned pickup order, she demanded that he accept the order on his app before she would hand it over. The driver accepted the order on his device, but she still stubbornly refused to hand it over. The driver stated, I have accepted the order, and you are refusing to give it to me because you are unhappy are you okay? Another staff member approached driver requested her please tell her give the order I have to proceed. She continued her stubborn refusal. The driver calmly attempted to reason with her, stating, Please do not prevent me from doing my job, you are wasting my time. She remained aggressive and argumentative. I noticed that the staff member was wearing an active body-worn camera during the altercation, which should have captured the entire exchange. The driver pleaded with her, pointing out that rejecting or delaying a fulfilled order prevents timely delivery and forces him to contact support for cancellation penalties and delays. Despite this, she aggressively ordered him to leave without the delivery, and the driver ultimately had to leave empty handed. This behavior from a staff member is entirely unprofessional, hostile toward customers, and abusive toward delivery partners who are simply trying to do their jobs. Since my direct attempts to email Tesco customer service bounced back, I am leaving this formal note here. Please investigate this matter immediately, review the CCTV and staff body camera footage, and take corrective internal action.
