  Not only do they charge significantly more in here than other stores but they have stopped doing any nice craft beers, personally boycotting until they stop treating their customers as idiots ! 😌

  As a tourist, this was my first time doing groceries. I was surprised by how rude the supervisor of the store. He was very condescending, he was telling me "in this country customers buy for bags. Alright smarty maybe you should do part of job which is explaining to tourist and new customers that instead of trying to act smart like you own the store.

  Rude staff. Waited 10 mins at the counter, looked for someone in the store and finally had to step into the back and yell for help. I was rudely told to get out even as I was walking out and trying to explain there was no one on the shop floor. When we found someone the rude staff member didn't even wait for me to apologise, just scoffed at me and walked away. Zero manners or compassion, someone should be on the floor for assistance....

  Single-handedly, the worst small Tesco in Edinburgh. Staff are extremely rude, delusional, and generally uninterested in helping customers, especially when it comes to requiring approval at the self-service checkouts.
