The staff were friendly and efficient — they kept the queue moving without rushing you through your order. Plenty of fresh ingredients on display and everything looked well-stocked and properly stored. I went for a Footlong Chicken Teriyaki on Italian herb & cheese bread, toasted, and it was put together really well. The bread was fresh and the portions were generous. The place was clean, tables were wiped down regularly, and despite it being lunch rush, the team handled it calmly and professionally. Good value for Edinburgh city centre prices. Would definitely return on my next visit. Recommended if you’re looking for a quick, customisable bite in the area!

I had noticed meat in the cheese and all kinds of cross contamination but never had an issue at the Leith walk subways. Questioning their food sanitation now.
