Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the staff didn’t even seem to know how to properly make a footlong sandwich. When I raised the issue, they responded with an attitude instead of trying to help. Customer service needs significant improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.”

Very bad experience today around 3:10 PM.
The sandwich was not made properly, and when I politely told them, the two staff members started showing attitude instead of fixing it.
Their behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful. They didn’t talk properly or listen to the customer.

I visited this Subway branch recently and unfortunately had a poor experience. The service was extremely slow — the staff member was working at such a relaxed pace that several people in the queue gave up and left. I was close to leaving as well.
While the taste of the sandwich itself was acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing. The packaging was particularly bad; by the time I sat down, the sandwich had completely fallen apart and all the contents had come out, which made it very difficult and messy to eat.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously — improving service speed and basic packaging quality would make a big difference.

We waited at the counter to order our food while two staff members were present, yet neither acknowledged us. The place was not busy, there were only two of us in the entire store, so the lack of attention was very noticeable.
What made the experience more concerning was that another customer who arrived before us was served promptly, while we were left waiting without explanation. This gave the impression of unfair treatment, which felt uncomfortable and disappointing.
Overall, the service was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this place based on our experience. I hope the management takes steps to address the service.
