  Very poor customer service, poor communication between staff, I asked for toast and the first staff confirmed, but when it handed over to another staff (I guess between shift rotation) they completely forgot that. A female staff had a “whatever” attitude and didn’t pay attention to what I mentioned. I had to repeat several times and then she was being impatient? Excuse me?

  Went in to get my lunch, the store was dead. There was one cleaning and oven he greated me and carried on his work, from time to time say something to his colleagues out back, he never said anything about a customer being there waiting. They finally came out and worked out that they should be working not skiving out back very unpressional. Worst subway in the UK/WORLD. The manger of that store should be ashamed.

  Food was ok. The person on the counter appears quite fed up of his job, doesn't bother to even acknowledge the customer.
