  We pitched up here as walk ins for breakfast this morning. We were asked for our room number and we said we are not premier in customers. The man said we needed to pay which is fine as this is what we were expecting. Breakfast was the usual beefeater quality and we were satisfied by the food which was available. The breakfast was good and one member of staff was friendly but the other lady not so. I said to her the breakfast was good and cheaper than our hotel she asked oh are you not a premier in customer? I said no, she said in that case we shouldn't have served you or allowed you in. .....I'm sorry......it wasn't busy, we were paying customers and I phoned beefeater beforehand to check they were accepting walk ins and the AI generated man said yes they do but during busy period might not be able to. There were only 4 other customers in the pub at the time. Is this a new policy that beefeater don't want custom or money from walk in customers? We wanted to go again tomorrow but after that experience it's left a nasty taste in my mouth and I would rather pay my hotel for a more pleasant experience.

  Ci siamo fermati per fare colazione, la si può fare anche se non si è del hotel. Il responsabile di sala ci ha illustrato il menù. C'erano due possibilità: La prima colazione internazionale senza limiti a 9.90£ La seconda comprendeva sia colazione internazionale che quella tipica inglese con la scelta dei piatti preparati direttamente dalla cucina, tutto sempre senza limiti a 11.90£

  The lady nairne has not been open for food in July and August and although I have made bookings they have all been cancelled by them and I am unable to use my loyalty rewards and vouchers sent to me no communication with regular users

  Sadly when I went there to eat, we were told there was no chef in to prepare any hot meals. This seemed strange but that was my experience

  Si quieres que te hagan la cama y te cambien las toallas del baño tienes que avisar en recepción cada dia. Es increíble!! Si dejas un letrero para hacer la habitación pasan de hacerla. Al tercer dia nos hicieron la cama y nos la encontramos así (ver fotos)
