  Sadly when I went there to eat, we were told there was no chef in to prepare any hot meals. This seemed strange but that was my experience

  Si quieres que te hagan la cama y te cambien las toallas del baño tienes que avisar en recepción cada dia. Es increíble!! Si dejas un letrero para hacer la habitación pasan de hacerla. Al tercer dia nos hicieron la cama y nos la encontramos así (ver fotos)

  Most disappointed that the restaurant is now closed to all but hotel guests. Our booking was cancelled at the 11th hour.

  I am a premier inn customer every single day for 8 months per year and i use to have breakfast and dinner at The BeefEater, I have never found employees unpolite as i have found in this place. I am a guest of this premier inn for the next 2 days and i won' t have breakfast or lunch or dinner at the beefeater. as soon as i got in at 8:30pm the girl and guy behind the counter looked down on me saying that the kitcken was already close, at the premier inm reception said the kitcne closes at 9pm. You are please to teach your employees that customers must be welcomed with a smile and never look down on them, never. If the restaurant closes at 9pm it doesn't mean they don't accept customers at 8:30pm
