One of the servers, glasses and a ginger beard, couldn’t even spare a hello as when I came up to order he just stared at me like I had three eyes. His attitude was appalling. I didn’t catch his name. I think you ought to have a word about his behaviour and interacting with the public. The drinks fridge was being restocked when I went in and the worker placed the big trolley right in the way of where you are meant to queue and when I asked him to move it he grunted and did not move it. I sat down to enjoy my coffee and sausage roll only to hit my head on the signs at the window. That is a massive health and safety hazard. Putting the chairs so close to something so bulky is a severe oversight. Sausage roll was also cold. Won’t be back.

Bit disappointing expecting a nice warm/hot pastry to bite into. The server has some in the oven that would take 15 minutes to be finished hence the 2 star review. Bit appalling for an outlet selling goods that usually are warm and a bad start to my day! Would I recommend here? Maybe not.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
