  Had a worst experience with the staff member name shamnaz( that’s what he told me) he has no civic sense whatsoever. Five guys please give attention on your staff training thanks

  Took too long for a simple kids meal when not busy. I'm used to getting half a bag of fries from 5 guys. This time they barely filled the cup.

  Very disappointing experience at Five Guys St James Quarter. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was kept waiting for a long time without any proper communication or respect. Instead of helping, a staff member told me to “get out” and cancel the order, which is completely unacceptable customer service.

  Very disappointed with the customer service at Five Guys at stJames quarter. The front staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect at all. They wasted a huge amount of my time and treated me very badly for no reason. A customer should never feel ignored or disrespected like this. Honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The management seriously needs to train their staff on how to behave properly with customers.
