  Rushed and rude. There was a mistake with the order of the burger for my child. My wife went with my daughter to report the mistake. The manager (Thursday 20 August at 6:20pm) answered rather rudely to my wife. My daughter wanted to stay close to the bar to see how the burger was prepared but again, the manager sent her away in a quite rude way again, making my daughter cry. The new burger was prepared very quickly but the behaviour of the manager, making my daughter cry, is not acceptable at all, no matter how busy the store was. I went to speak with the manager about this and she referred me to this online form but, actually, she never apologized about the situation. She said she wanted to explain it to me, but never apologized. Awful experience overall.

  Popped in for a quick lunch and there was a small issue with the self check out . Jess was so helpful and efficient and sorting out . Thank you . Have a nice day

  We spent 4 days in Edinburgh and had dinner 3 times in this place! Absolutely amazing. They serve halal beef, it was delicious and portions were huge! Definitely recommend it!

  During our trip to Edinburgh we came here more than we expected. The staff is fast and helpful. The burgers and chips were very delicious. They offer halal burgers which is quite great.

  Très bon burgers et sandwichs, recharge des boissons comprises dans le prix, personnel très sympathique. Malheureusement nous sommes arrivés à une heure de forte affluence et les incivilités des autres clients ont rendu l'établissement très bordélique malgré les efforts du personnel pour ranger et nettoyer. L'établissement était très bruyant.
