  Spent £8 just to eat the world’s driest fries, So strange because how do you even mess up fries? Usually, fries from five guys are some of the best but I’ve noticed a pattern with this particular branch. Whenever I’ve ordered something around quieter times when there aren’t many customers, the fries seem noticeably less fresh as though they’ve been sitting out for a while. This time they were so dry that it genuinely felt like chewing paper, like even the cajun seasoning couldn’t permeate them. So disappointing don’t sell fries that old and dry?? Not even exaggerating literally the worst fries I’ve had in my life!

  Went on Saturday night around 9pm. 4/6 burgers were cold not room temperature but cold. We kindly asked for them to be heated which they understandably said no they can't for contamination. Manager had an awful attitude and told us the patties are cooked but the ingredients came straight from the fridge hence why they were cold. It was obvious this isn't protocol as when we then asked if the burgers are supposed to be cold he wouldn't say then later tried to say the ingredients were room temperature. Which obviously wasn't the case as the patties and burgers were cold. I'm guessing they had been making them not as per five guys standard. Regardless the attitude from the staff was awful to be honest and shouldn't be anywhere near a customer service job. Responded with we can remake them but it'll be exactly the same. So they remade 4 of them and guess what they weren't exactly the same they had some heat to them. They still were colder than they should be for a £14 burger. Disassapointed all around and the staff didn't clean the place regularly. I'd be speaking to the staff about their attitude towards customers. Which were speaking to them kindly and with respect first.

  Chips were amazing, probably best out of all these burger places. The place is expensive though
