Tried to order a plant based cheese pizza with meat toppings over the phone, as this is not a possible customisation using the app/website. Staff were rude, said it’s not possible to add a meat topping to a plant based cheese pizza (despite being able to successfully order this at other Edinburgh dominos branches over the phone) and then hung up the phone on me mid sentence.

I have been using Dominoes in Leith Walk. Everyone is always particularly pleasant and remember you from previous visits. Too many to mention but Hamaad has been very good. Michael Annan

I ordered a pizza two days ago with extra toppings. I only had two toppings: jalapeños and tandoori chicken, but the amount of toppings was very disappointing. I have ordered from the Leith store more than three times I’ve noticed that the pizzas have fewer toppings I choose extra option as well I was in a hurry when I received this order, so I didn’t have time to complain at the time. However, I’m very disappointed with this experience and expected much better, especially as a returning customer.
