Super helpful staff who have gone above and beyond for me in the past when I ordered to collect at the wrong branch 😅

Extremely disappointing customer service, would not recommend. I called to place an order for collection and made a very simple request: as I don’t eat pepperoni, I asked if they could please use a clean/new cutter to prepare my food. The staff member immediately refused and told me they would be using the same cutter that had already been used throughout the morning. I found this completely unacceptable, especially when it was a reasonable request concerning food hygiene and avoiding contact with an ingredient I do not eat. When I decided to cancel the order because of this, instead of showing any understanding or trying to resolve the issue, the staff member immediately hung up the phone. No apology, no attempt to help, and absolutely no effort to retain a customer. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Customers should not be made to feel like their reasonable requests are an inconvenience. I certainly won’t be ordering from here again.

Nagyon kedvesek és udvariasak voltak. Magyarok vagyunk, nem nagyon tudunk angolul beszélni, de a pénztáros ezt remekül kezelte.
