There was a fly in our fries. We didn’t even wanted to eat no more !!!!

I come to Burger King everyday now when I am at work there portions size varies all the time the bins are constantly needing empty and cleaned but I see about 4/5 members of staff standing up the back of the till when they could empty the bins I think they just need better management
Food was mediocre, staff was overworked. Lots of choice to select from on the menu; almost too much. Had veggie options, desserts, sides, cold and hot drinks, etcetera. Came at lunch one day and restaurant was full to the brim with people (mostly tourists with no etiquette) standing all over the place waiting for food, every table was occupied, rude delivery drivers impatiently waiting, staff were clearly doing their best to get food out but were seriously overwhelmed. Maybe stop taking orders after a certain capacity to prevent this. My food was prepared surprisingly quickly despite the chaos and was warm. Ice cream was banging. Got served by a polite but frail looking woman, think it was Chloe. Looked like she was about to either collapse or cry. Hope they are feeding her well. Ominous smell lingering in the atmosphere too; may have been a customer, but could smell it all throughout restaurant. Was roasting in there too. Overall, coming from someone who has worked in fast food before: Staff your restaurant better, figure out how to prevent too many orders to handle, keep ice cream on the menu.
This is the worst burger king I have ever visited. First the staff member placed the wrong order than what I asked for and when we asked for them to make the correct one the manager just said "They are gonna get what they ordered" and when we told her it was their mistake she just turned around and yelled at her staff. When we asked the staff member for the managers name the crew member just handed our order and said "This is your order and we won't tell the name sorry". When we moved away from there they were looking at us and laughing while speaking in their native language. Later when we informed them that we are going to report this the manager came to apologize until then they were constantly looking at us and laughing. Never expected this kind of behavior from burger king.
I visited Burger King in Edinburgh and initially went to the till because I wanted to scan my QR code before ordering. However, the crew member told me that I should place the order using the kiosk instead, otherwise I could have ordered directly at the till.
I then placed my order on the kiosk and went back to the till to pay and scan the QR code. At that point, the crew member said that because the order was placed on the kiosk, they had to redo the order manually.
While re-entering the order, the crew member made a mistake and added a Steakhouse Angus burger instead of the Steakhouse Chicken burger that I had originally selected.
When I checked the receipt, I immediately went back to explain the mistake. The manager on shift was very rude and did not even turn around to speak to me properly. Another crew member named Joyce came over, and I explained that the order was incorrect. Joyce informed the manager, but her response was, “We have already made the order, it’s their mistake, we can’t change it.”
I then showed Joyce both the receipt and explained again that the wrong order had been entered by staff, not by me. Joyce eventually agreed to change it, but when I asked for the manager’s name, he refused to provide it.
I am very disappointed with the poor customer service, the rude behaviour of the manager, and the way the situation was handled.
