  The burger was dry because of the lack of sauce. The rest was normal. The place is very messy with no one cleaning the tables. The floor was dirty.

  Jason was really helpful as he cleaned the table as soon as we arrived and helped to keep the ques at kiosks to help them move smoothly

  If you watch carefully when filling your coke they add water - are you allowed to sell coke and water it down without the customer agreeing? I have seen the reply from Burger King - I know what I saw and what I tasted. Happy to chat directly how do I contact you?

  £16 for a basic meal, and I still had to wait 15 minutes for it. The staff moved at a snail's pace, and the onion rings were cold and soggy. The whole place smelled of stale cheese, which wasn't very appetising. One ice machine wasn't working, and the other only dispensed three ice cubes. There was food and rubbish all over the floor, making the restaurant look unclean. I didn't see any staff wearing gloves, and during the time I was watching, I didn't see any hand washing or sanitising taking place. After seeing the food handling, I ended up leaving half my meal because I'd completely lost confidence in the hygiene standards. Not a single member of staff smiled or appeared welcoming. The manager walked around looking thoroughly miserable and didn't seem interested in customers or creating a positive atmosphere. Overall, it felt like there was very little care or pride in the place. For £16, I expected far better. Safe to say I'd question coming to any BK again from this experience
