  19th August 12.25. Never been to BK in years but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were so nice and helpful, food was hot and tasty. 100%

  Please remember to check the ingredients as I think they intentionally miss out some ingredients! I ordered a whopper for take away on 23/7. When I was on my way home, I opened the paper wrap and it looked bad and something did not feel right. The burger was much smaller than usual and I noticed that the tomato was totally missing. I was unable to go back to this Burger King as I was almost home. We would need to drive nearly 15 mins to go back! This was not the first time I went to this restaurant and this exact thing happened. Last time, the tomato was missing either! I sent a form on 23/7 but still have not heard back from Burger King. I am totally unhappy about the restaurant and how long it takes to receive a feedback from the online team! Also they do not use gloves when preparing the burgers!

  Nice service. The team is very polite and helpful. Many parking space available around so you always find some to park. Place is very clean and well kept. Fast option for family while you are shopping around.

  Had a really great experience at Craigleith Burger king. Food was served quickly, both burger and fries were freshly prepared and the service was top notch. Servers were really friendly and a lot helpful. The place looked great too- well kept and staff made sure all tables were cleaned after people left. Overall, it was great!

  Honestly this BK has been solid every time i come. food’s always fresh and hot, no complaints there. but the real reason im writing this is the service, Cerene at the drive thru was so nice and quick. definitely coming back.
