  I don't know where the high reviews are coming from The burger I got had a nice patty and that's end of positives. Pickles were missing, bun was mediocre and lukewarm, and onion... Onion also was missing Coleslaw was so blank, that you could think we're back in 17th century and spices are expensive again

  Nur für Getränke geeignet. Burger Patties waren völlig verbrannt und Chicken Strips waren sehr trocken - nicht genug Besteck und Soßen vorhanden (musste man sich von anderen Tischen zusammenklauben) und die Karte war schon auf ausschließlich Burger und Chicken beschränkt. Der Service hat nur auf Bestellungen über die App reagiert und die im Menü versprochenen "Goodies" waren aus ohne Alternativen anzubieten. Sehr schlechtes Erlebnis.

  Disappointing Experience. Most of The Menu was Not available, Just Burgers and Sides. The Burgers we're mostly black. We ordered The so called 'Hoppy Meal' that contains Brewdog Goodies. The Goodies we're Not available, but No one told us. I had to ask for it. So it was basically an expensive Cheeseburger with black a Patty. The fries were good, The Beer was very good. But that could Not compensate The underwhelming Experience.

  I had the worst eggs Benedict here. It was served cold, the ham wasn’t even cooked, the eggs were tasteless, and the holandaise sauce was awful. The service wasn’t friendly either. They left a tray on our table and did not even ask how the food was. My son got the chicken and waffles and he was not impressed. The chicken looked cooked hours ago and mostly batter. The waffles looked like they were cooked in a toaster oven and were tasteless. Avoid this place at all costs!!

  Good food Nice service Ok atmosphere for a restaurant in an airport. You scan a QR code at your table - order your food - and food is served for you when ready. Overall a nice experience - however, I am no fan of automatically adding a tip to the bill, which is done here. They expect a 12+% tip, and you have to deselect the tip if you do not want to tip. And you have to do it all before you have met a waiter/waitress or having had your food served for you. Have can a company with good conscience ask the customer for a tip when you have not even been served yet?? You normally tip if the service is good. But by being asked upfront you are basically left no other option than tipping…..because many servers gets offended if not tipped - and here the tip goes to the entire team - also the person prepping your food …. The last point is the reason for my 2 STAR rating.
