- TKTommy KnoxMay 30, 20261.0Three times I have ordered from this place and had an issue. They encourage you to do a McDelivery but if there is any issues they take nothing to do with it. First time I ordered a couple of months ago and the drinks had poured out and left me with 3 ice cubes - the driver said it had nothing to do with him and left me standing at my front door with a Cola puddle. Second time I waited 2 hours waiting for my order to be picked up, by that time every other restaurant was closed so i ended up £30 down and didn’t eat. And then today, I received someone else’s order and even if it was mine - it was stone cold. I called them up to ask if they could send me my order and was told no and was given an unsympathetic, generic, repetitive response telling me my only option was a refund through the app. - So a driver’s incompetence has left me without food…. again. The whole thing is a joke and I’ve now spent £50 the last two weeks and not been able to eat anything I’ve ordered. They’ve processed my refund but I have to wait 15 days.

The pancakes are so dry one tiny tub of syrup is never enough. If I am happy to pay for extra why does this get declined, Also this manager is very rude and lacks customer service, It is very obvious this woman has an issue with myself so I will be using the other store in the town from now on,
