They constantly forget basic ingredients like pickles and lettuce in the burgers, and it’s far too common for items to be missing from the order altogether. On top of that, the waiting times are ridiculous, even when the restaurant isn’t particularly busy. It’s frustrating to pay full price and then have to check every single order because the staff can’t seem to get even the basics right. The service is consistently slow and careless. This place seriously needs to improve.
