- CJC JJun 2, 20261.0Every single time I order from here, something is missing. I’d say 90% of the time it’s sauces, but honestly it could be anything. You simply don’t get what you pay for. A few weeks ago they forgot an entire box of Chicken Selects. The other day I got a Big Tasty that arrived with no sauce whatsoever - just two burgers slapped in a bun. It’s almost impressive how consistently they get orders wrong. I don’t know who’s training the staff or who’s supposed to be overseeing the kitchen, but somebody needs to start paying attention. This place isn’t having the occasional bad day - it’s chronically incompetent. The mistakes happen so often they’ve become the expectation rather than the exception. It just keeps getting worse, and judging by the complete lack of improvement, management either doesn’t notice or doesn’t care.
