We can't comment on the food because we don't even have it. Ridiculous service!!! Driver claimed he wasn't able to find our address despite the fact he had been here numerous times before. He then took the food back to restaurant and when we called them to ask about the whereabouts of our food, they told us they couldn't send it back out and we had to collect it, which we can't. If we could collect it, we wouldn't have placed it for delivery. The woman on the other side of the phone had no clue what she was doing and when we were put in touch with her boss he was mumbling and sighing as if he couldn't be bothered! There's no way for us to get a refund either so we have to wait even longer to eat. Absolutely ridiculous, order from the other location in Kilmarnock as this team is abominable.
