  Went for a drive through order for lunch for me and mum. Friendly young lady at the counter. Service was fast & friendly; food was excellent; and they tossed a couple of sauces in the bag for me before I even had the chance to ask.

  Food is always decent but had a pretty disrespectful visit tonight when we were genuinely kicked out from the restaurant via the fire exit at 9pm, despite Google saying they're open until 11. "Im not rushing you but the restaurant is now shut so I need you guys to leave". A family tried to enter the restaurant at 9pm only to be told it was the drive thru that's open until 10, even though the drive thru is currently coned off with wet floor signs. Older guy running it like the navy, and not in a good way. KFC is currently quite busy as I'm writing this so perhaps the manager is allergic to money, on a Saturday night too.

  Massively disappointed with our meal tonight, no clean tables for 4, had to return most of our order as the fries were cold and the chicken burger was served with beef. The blonde girl on the counter was soooo unpleasant. Barricaded toilets with cones and chairs. We had just had a four hour drive so needed to use the facilities. Sinks in toilets were filthy also.we we're also told we weren't able to use our NHS Blue Light discount at the weekend which was a lie! Complained to the manager, he was barely apologetic. The restaurant was dead, no wonder. As we were leaving a member of staff put a barricade of cones on the pedestrian crossing to block the drive thru, surely this is illegal? We won't return..... Update, made a complaint to Burger King, no response...

  Edited- Got a delivery. 4th time giving it a go and the burger was made completely wrong. Asked for no lettuce, tomatoes, onions or pickles and I added extra cheese. Received a burger with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes, and no cheese at all. 1 star. Ridiculous waste of money. Been here 3 times and each time I've been the food has been made wrong. Each time I make the mistake of not checking before driving away/accepting the order (delivery). Nearly £30 of wasted food and each time we have tried to dispute this, we have been told it's been made correctly. For example, we said no pickles in the burger and there was. Another time we paid for extra cheese, we didn't get it. 2 stars as servers and delivery men are nice and the fries are good, but not good when the food has been made wrong 100% of the time.
