Some people should not work with the public. If you want to be told to go to the back of the queue for mistakenly standing 1 metre to the left of where they want you to this is for you. Like a nasty school ma'am of yesteryear! Even told me to complain to head office in a snarly way! Head office are clearly ineffective but will be hearing from me none the less.
