The fruit that people prefer is always up on a ridiculous height where not one single person can reach. Thats so we buy Tesco fruit at eye level. Also its most annoying when I can't get to am item because staff are either packing shelves or moving items with a very short date to the front of shelves. Employ people to do this work throughout the night. Lazy younger woman at the tills won't help with packing your bags. Standing for ages waiting to get your shopping on the counter because there is only 3 tills the rest is self service. The staff don't want to check us out anymore. There is a female member of staff when asked where something is she'll say we don't have any, never goes and looks. I've watched her do that a few times. Awfully disappointing experience.

Best Tesco in the area. A bit of a trek from Cumnock but well worth the visit. Plenty of stock, large selection of goods at reasonable prices, plenty of parking places which fill rather quickly showing how good it actually is . Go early for a place to park

This supermarket is big enough to carry most food items you would want, but not big enough to have a massive choice. So you can get a red onion chutney but only one to choose from. Its more than good enough for day-to-day shopping, but I would go one of the larger shops in Kilmarnock or Prestwick for a big monthly shop. There is a decent selection of deli foods but a fairly small fresh fruit & veg section. The non-food (clothes, appliances, etc.) section is very small. Plenty of parking, though I usually take the 15-minute walk from home to get my steps in. The opening hours are great - having moved up from England I am still amazed that a supermarket is open until 10pm on a Sunday and not closing at 4pm!
