  Best Tesco in the area. A bit of a trek from Cumnock but well worth the visit. Plenty of stock, large selection of goods at reasonable prices, plenty of parking places which fill rather quickly showing how good it actually is . Go early for a place to park

  This supermarket is big enough to carry most food items you would want, but not big enough to have a massive choice. So you can get a red onion chutney but only one to choose from. Its more than good enough for day-to-day shopping, but I would go one of the larger shops in Kilmarnock or Prestwick for a big monthly shop. There is a decent selection of deli foods but a fairly small fresh fruit & veg section. The non-food (clothes, appliances, etc.) section is very small. Plenty of parking, though I usually take the 15-minute walk from home to get my steps in. The opening hours are great - having moved up from England I am still amazed that a supermarket is open until 10pm on a Sunday and not closing at 4pm!

  It's a shop, like everywhere that wants your money everything costs more than it should
