From the food to the service, we’ve had a consistently enjoyable experience every time we’ve been. The food has been excellent — really tasty, good quality and well presented, with generous portions. Everything we’ve had has been lovely, and you can tell there’s real care going into the food. The service has been fantastic too. Every member of staff we’ve dealt with has been friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. It’s clear that the whole team works hard to make sure customers have a great experience. A special mention has to go to Nicola, the manager, who is always friendly, approachable and genuinely welcoming. She clearly cares about the pub, her staff and the customers, and that really shows. But credit where it’s due — all of the staff deserve a mention. They’re a great team, and their friendly service and attitude make a real difference. Good food, great service, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere — what more could you ask for? A big thank you to Nicola and every member of the Havelock Arms team. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you feel comfortable (even in me slippers) The outdoor seating area is a big hit ( weather permitting) There's even a dig menu so you can take your little best friends. Will keep popping in
