- VEVlad EuOct 2, 20261.0Freya. What a wonderful shift runner you are. Paid £23 for 20 wings and 3 dips an hour later I received less than what I have bought (missing dips) and you are trying to tussle with me with giving me a refund for dips or putting conditions in my refund. Maybe that’s the way things are done in peterlee or in you store but that’s not how dominos does business.
- STStuart TurnerAug 23, 20261.02nd time we’ve used this Domino’s as it’s just round the corner from us but it will most certainly be the last. Ordered food on the App for collection, waited till the App said it was ready for collection. On the collection screen in the shop it said order was ready, staff member said it wasn’t ready, waited for a little while and nobody shouted us so asked another member of staff, food had actually been ready so by the time we got it home it was just warm. Very poor customer service, pizza’s were ok but cold fries. Will not be using again.
- JTjordan taylorMay 25, 20261.0Only franchise iv ever been to that refuses to change the garlic sauce for chilli. There is no point giving me a sauce that will go streight in the bin. Stuffed crust is also barely stuffed. This franchise seems more conserned about maximising profit by saving a few pence on cheese and sauce than getting return customers. East Durham branch is much better.

- RRRitesHiralMay 8, 20261.0Friday night, placed order through uber eats at approximately 23:30 as the closing time was 00:00, order was accepted and expected to be delivered between 23:55-00:15 but never arrived yet and it is now 01:00. They could have just rejected the order if it was too late for them to make (although placed order well before their closing time on uber eats! Update: after 3 hours from placing order, at 2:43am the uber eats tracking is showing as delivered 😂, ive been up all this time and can confirm no delivery was attempted at all
