  Had a really great experience at this store.The guy on the checkout, think his name was Alam or something similar, he was super helpful. He explained the products, prices and Tesco membership really clearly, and was just so friendly and kind. Definitely recommend this place.

  Would leave 0 if I could - short, blonde-haired woman was extremely rude to my partner and I today (14th sept, 4pm, whoever was on shift then!) and called us ‘b*dtards’ under her breath when she thought we were out of earshot! I went back to politely ask for her name to report her but she covered her name tag and told me she wouldn’t give it to me, I explained that she was very rude. Won’t be coming back!

  Staff incredibly rude to me and my partner. Was swore at when asked for name of staff member who was incredibly unprofessional and rude.

  Would’ve given 0 stars if I could. One of the workers behind the till was the most rudest person I had come across. I was already having one of the worst days and she was too busy talking to her other worker friend behind the till, not attending to me as a customer, was extremely unprofessional and ignored my questions not twice but THREE times about a product that I wanted! When she eventually heard what I needed after ignoring me and keeping on raising her voice at me if I had a Tesco card (clubcard she should have actually need asking), she then threw the product down in the counter and looked at me so rudely and shouted at me if I wanted a receipt. As soon as I turned around I started crying and walked back home. Her name was Gill or Jill I believe. I will not be returning there, how shocking, and this is not the first time customers complained at how rude the staff were.
