  Large pre order for my child’s birthday party. Ordered 16 large pizzas (around 9am online) to be collected for 12.15pm. Never managed to get them out of the shop till around 12.45pm and had to leave 2 as time was ticking. Food lovely as always and staff pleasant but when you do a pre order for a certain time they should be ready for then

  Really bad customer service. Every time i order on just eat they say they can't deliver because it's too far to deliver, although, it shouldn't be their worry as it should be a just eat driver coming. My order always gets accepted and then gets declined. Awful.

  Went today to order lunch, told to order online in a very abrupt way. Fine, ordered online but then asked staff member serving if they could accommodate an intolerance as there was no option on the app - was just told no. Asked to cancel the order and he was completely unhelpful, just responded with “I don't know” even though the app said to contact the shop. No one else there to speak to and no help on the app. Completely miserable and unhelpful staff.

  Would have rated the food if i got any! Accepted my order then it was cancelled 3 minutes after they closed..... if there is a cut off time why accept my order? They took my money though of course and it will take up to 5 days to get it back. Took it off me straight away though...... Cant order food and pay 5 days later but you can order food, pay upfront, they can cancel it but make you wait 5 days for your refund!
