  My Whopper was very good flavour but lukewarm serving so had obviously been sat a while. Only a couple of folks in lunchtime so not sure how this place stays open. Gripes; No Mobile Data - I'm not signing-in to their BT WiFi when it's free and easy in McD's. Same complaint as before. Charging 40p for a dip - but your onion rings are rank. Won't buy again. Self-service empty cup comes to table with food AFTER you've ordered the 'table service'. Think again. See MCd's. Lastly at Spennymoor there's only about 6 parking spaces except for drive through - also 6 disabled available but non-filled and I won't park there. Why as many?

  Live 10 miles away courier took 45min.don't bother. It's not the couriers fault it has some poor managers that give them way too many orders

  We got served by Daniel Rome, he was very helpful with the app as I couldn't get it to work and had great customer service. Would definitely come back to this store.

  Exceptional Service, came in with my sister and was served quickly by two lovely ladies and watched as my food was made fresh. The offers were amazing and the Fanta Freeze is my new favourite.

  Called in here today, because the wife and couldn't be bothered cooking at home, what a mistake, they give the term 'fast food' a bad name, took 15 minutes for our order to be ready and the only thing that was hot were the fries (which were absolutely smothered with salt) wife likes salt on her food but it was too much even for her. Opened our burgers and found they were both cold, I went to the counter and asked if it was possible to get the hot versions and another member of staff tried arguing that they had just came off the hot plate. To which I told her no they hadn't they had been lying on an unheated surface for ten minutes that I'd observed whilst staff were running around like headless chickens fulfilling just eat orders for delivery. A male member of staff intervened and said he would get the order re cooked 5 mins later they arrived warmer but certainly not hot, I couldn't be bothered with any more drama so ate them and left. Perhaps an email to head office might improve things 🤔 But if it does it probably won't be for long, so I won't be going back there again. Certain that the recook had been contaminated with something because we both suffered from bad stomachs for 48 hours after making the mistake of going here and complaining about the food.
