  Never known such an incompetent McDonald’s. 3 times in a row we’ve had stuff missing from our order, drinks half full. They replace what’s missing but by the time you get back home the rest of the food is freezing and never mind the petrol to and from.

  Appalling - first delivery was wrong, which I got compensation for - I used this compensation to order a second delivery, which took nearly two hours to arrive and was still wrong

  McDonald's is a great place to have a meal and breakfast because it's open 24 hours 7 days a week

  I never usually have a problem with with the deliveries from here, but ordered early hours because I'm a night shift worker and EVERYTHING was wrong. Ordered a large McChicken meal, got what's definitely not a McChicken sandwich, ROCK HARD, inedible paddy and a different bun shape than usual. No orange juice and was downgraded to a medium fries after ordered a large. No extra large fries that I ordered. Mozzarella sticks were swapped for chicken nuggets. I'm so confused? Was it just a new person who couldn't be bothered before the breakfast came on? Possibly the worst McDonalds order I've had.

  I redeemed one of the "cards" vouchers for a hamburger at the counter. It did not appear as though the staff member who served me had been effectively trained; she remarked that she had "never put one of these [vouchers] through before.". Generally she came across as unconfident and spoke very quickly to me in a mumbling, quiet voice. I had to ask her to speak up so I could hear clearly what she was trying to communicate to me. I requested table service (instead of “collect-at-counter”). And whilst my order arrived promptly, the member of staff who delivered it was brusque and rude. Frankly, he seemed irritated by the fact that he was required to serve a table (though this is an option that McDonald's clearly promote!…). I could see that the staff were all very busy but this is no excuse for such a poor level of customer service overall. More’s the pity: the food itself (save for my undercookeed fries) was mostly good. If you’re considering going to this McDonald’s: use one of the self-service machines (as I usually do), or place your order in advance via the McDonald’s app! There is also a drive through for those who arrive by car.
