  The cooked breakfast was not buffet style due to 'low numbers' as they said.You had to order it.Ok, fine.My problem is the size of each of their items, being served a single tiny egg and the burnt old grease smell on the food. Now I see why they're closing.Honestly for £11.95, McDonald's across from them is a better deaL.They plate the most miniature egg you'll ever see in your life, so tiny I'm worried about the health of the chicken it came from, short burnt sausages, one thin slice of burnt bacon and no black pudding though its advertised. When I asked for extra hash browns which I had ordered initially, the lady said its on my plate, as if two hash browns are all I need.Yes, I know but its a buffet, is it not?They certainly charged us for buffet so we wanted to eat like its one.It just felt like asking then for more food was a hassle, that's why we prefer buffet so you can eat in peace without asking judgemental staff for more food.

  I visited here for breakfast and evening meal. The staff were very, very friendly. The place seemed to be clean. Toilets were in good condition. The quality of the food was fine. I found no problems and enjoyed the food i had. Of course everyone could ask for things to be cheaper. To me the price for breakfast was just right. The evening meal, i would say was short in quantity. The helping could have been a little bigger. The only thing i could moan about, is when i asked to change from a dip to simple Mayonnaise for my starter.. I was told they had run out of Mayonnaise. For such a well known pub chain and well used place. To run out of something simple like Mayonnaise is very pure..

  2nd time i go to a beefeater because i stay at the hotel and ill never understand why it takes so long to get food that comes from a microwave , the main was good, but the i almost walked out on desert taking 30 min that you could taste was not even heated up properly and rushed.

  Visited tonight with my family turned out to be a bit hectic for the staff as the restaurant was very busy. Was served by a very pleasant and cheerful waitress called leanne n . There was a little wait on food but leanne was very attentive and Honestly made me giggle so much it was one of the most pleasant experiences in a restaurant so far, and I've been to plenty. The food was delicious and the desserts were unbelievable. I've gotta say it's a shame that this restaurant is closing . Thanks again leanne n . From table 5
